CRABS

Before, during and after our camp at Pataua North we  learned about crabs. We did some paintings making textured  rocks by sponge painting and then using handprints for the crabs.
We also did some writing where we tried to use descriptive words.

Climbing rocks
Hiding in the seaweed
Waves bringing the crabs backwards and forwards.

Red, hard shells
Hiding under jagged rocks.

Scuttling across the jagged rocks to hide from us
Their nippers are scary.
